Title: Tomatoes with Basil Parmesan Dressing

Yield: 6 Servings

8 lg Red Tomatoes
1/4 c Parmesan Cheese; Sliced Or
-Grated
1/4 c Fresh Basil; Chopped
Salt And Pepper; To Taste
1/4 c Red Wine Vigenar Or Balsamic
1/4 c Olive Oil

Cut the tomatoes into slices 1/2 inch thick. Sprinkle with the cheese and
basil. Combine the salt, pepper, vinegar and oil and pour over th tomatoes.
Refrigerate for 1 hour, or until serving time. Toss. Typed by
