Title: Tony Lobianco's Orange/lemon/garlic Chicken

3 lb Chicken pcs
2 Oranges
3 Lemons
60 Milliliters Garlic, mince
1/4 c Shallots, mince
1/4 ts Red pepper flakes
1/4 ts Rosemary
Salt and ground pepper
1/4 c Ex-virgin olive oil
1/4 ts Paprika
2 tb Parsley, mince
1/2 c White wine

Put chicken in a baking dish. Squeeze oranges and lemons over chicken.
Sprinkle on all remaining ingredients except wine. Top with some
slices of oranges and lemons. Bake in preheated 400~ oven for 20
minutes. Pour over white wine and broil for 15 to 20 minutes to crisp.
