Title: Tootsie Rolls Categories: Candy Yield: 1 Servings 2 tb Butter or margarine; -softened 1/2 c Cocoa 3 c Confectioners' sugar 1 ts Vanilla extract 3/4 c Instant powdered milk 1/2 c White corn syrup Directions: 1Mix all ingredients together.
