Tortellini Soup with Peas
Title: Tortellini Soup with Peas Categories: Soups, Pasta Yield: 3 Servings 2 Cloves garlic, minced 1/2 lb Frozen cheese tortellini 1 cn Chicken broth (10 oz.) 1 c Frozen peas 1/4 ts Pepper 1/4 c Freshly grated parmesan -cheese In large pot, bring 3 cups water and garlic to boil. Add frozen tortellini; return to boil. Reduce heat to medium-high; cook, stirring occasionally, for 15 minutes. Add chicken broth, 1 1/4 cups water and peas; return to boil. Reduce heat to medium; cook for 5 minutes or until pasta is tender but firm. Stir in pepper. Serve sprinkled with Parmesan. Makes 3 servings.
