Title: Tortellini with Shiitake Categories: None Yield: 1 Servings 8 oz Tortellini 4 1/2 oz Shiitakes 1 ts Garlic 1 ts Fresh herbs of your choice 1/2 c White wine 1/2 c Cream Cook tortellini according to package directions. Set aside. Saute shiiakes with garlic, fresh herbs, and white wine for 3 minutes. Slowly add cream and reduce to sauce. Add tortellini and heat to serve.
