Touchdown Black-Eyed Pea Dip
Title: Touchdown Black-Eyed Pea Dip Categories: None Yield: 20 1/4-cup se 1 cn (15-oz.) black-eyed peas, -drained 1 cn (15-oz.) white or yellow -hominy, drained 1/2 c Chopped mild onion 1/4 c Chopped fresh cilantro 1 c Hot salsa 2 Garlic cloves, minced 1. In large bowl, stir together all ingredients well; cover and refrigerate to let flavors blend, at least two hours or overnight. Serve with low-fat tortilla chips as dippers.
