1/2 c Red bell pepper; seeded and
-finely diced
1/2 c Yellow bell pepper; seeded
-and finely diced
4 ts Minced serrano chile; with
-seeds
1/3 c La Carreta cilantro apple
-cider vinegar
1/4 c Finely chopped fresh
-cilantro
2 tb Minced shallot
2 tb Fresh lime juice
1 1/2 ts Sugar
1/4 ts Salt

Thoroughly combine all the ingredients together in a mixing bowl... Serve
