Tropical Cream Dressing for Fruit
Title: Tropical Cream Dressing for Fruit Categories: New, Imports Yield: 1 Servings 1 tb Chutney; (15mL) 2 tb Sugar; (25mL) 3/4 ts Cinnamon; (3mL) 3/4 c Creamed cottage cheese; -(200mL) 3 oz Cream cheese; (113mL) 1/4 ts Curry powder; (1mL) Mix all ingredients together using medium speed on an electric mixer. Serve over a mixture of tropical fruits such as papaya, mango, pineapple, bananas etc. Yield : approx. 1 1/4 cups (300mL).
