8 oz Carton sour cream
1/2 c Apricot preserves
1/2 c Macadamia nuts; chop; toast
1/4 c Flaked coconut

Combine all ingredients; cover and chill. Serve with assorted fresh fruit.
Yield: 1-3/4 cups.
