Title: Trout Italiano Categories: Seafood Yield: 4 Servings 4 8-oz. trout fillets Italian salad dressing Place the trout fillets in a shallow bowl and cover with Italian salad dressing. Marinate for about 2 hours. Place trout on a well oiled grill about 5 inches from the heat. Cook for 5 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
