2 tb Mirin (sweet rice vinegar)
1/4 c Low sodium soy sauce
1 c Dashi (japanese soup stock)
1/4 c Katsuobushi (dried bonita
-shavings)

Combine ingredients, bring to a boil. Strain through fine sieve. Cool to
room temperature.
