Tuna Corn Salad
Title: Tuna Corn Salad Categories: Tabasco, Fish Yield: 6 Servings 2 cn Tuna packed in water; (6 1/2 -or 7 oz. ea.) 2 pk Frozen whole kernel corn; -(10 oz. ea.) cooked -according to package -directions and drained 1/2 c Vegetable oil 1/4 c Cider vinegar 1 1/2 ts Lemon juice 3 tb Chopped parsley 1/2 ts Salt 3/4 ts Dried leaf basil 1/2 ts TABASCO Pepper Sauce 2 lg Tomatoes; peeled and chopped 1 md Zucchini; peeled and -shredded 1/2 c Green onions In large bowl, mix all ingredients. Cover and chill several hours. Serve in bowl lined with salad greens.
