Tuna Mousse #2
Title: Tuna Mousse #2 Categories: Mousse Yield: 1 Servings 12 oz Tuna 1 c Skim milk 1 Chicken bouillon cube 2 tb Mayonnaise 1 pk Knox gelatin 1 tb Lime juice 4 Ice cubes 1 md Cucumber; chopped, unpeeled 1 ts Onion flakes Sprinkle gelatin over milk in pan. Let stand 2 minutes. Add chicken bouillon; heat over low heat until dissolved. Pour into blender. Add mayo and lime juice; blend. Add ice cubes 1 at a time. Stir in tuna, cuke and onion.
