Tuna Mousse #5
Title: Tuna Mousse #5 Categories: Mousse Yield: 1 Servings 2 pk Plain gelatin 1/2 c Water 8 oz Cream cheese 1 cn Cream of celery soup 1 c Chopped celery 1 c Chopped onion 20 oz Tuna; drained 1 c Mayonnaise Parsley Crackers In double boiler, dissolve gelatin in water. Add cream cheese; stir until melted. Add soup, celery, onion and tuna. Remove from heat; add mayonnaise; pour into greased mold (or I use Pam spray). Chill several hours or overnight. Turn out; garnish. Serve with wheat crackers. Note: This makes a huge amount. I generally make only half. Posted to recipelu-digest Volume 01 Number 553 by "Diane Geary." |
