Title: Tuna Salad

2 cn Water pack tuna, drained (up
-to 4)
1 cn (11 oz) mandarin oranges,
-drained
1/4 lb Fresh mushrooms, sliced
4 oz Slivered almonds, toasted or
-cashews
1 Bottle (small) stuffed green
-olives, cut in half
1 cn Water packed artichoke
-hearts, drined
1 cn Sliced water chestnuts,
-drained

----------------------------------DRESSING----------------------------------
1/2 c Mayonaise (up to 1)
1/2 c Sour cream (up to 1)
1 tb Lemon juice
2 ts Sugar
1 bn Green onions, sliced

Mix ingredients and put in large bowl. Mix dressing ingredients together in
a bowl, pour over salad. Serves 8 to 12.

(why not add coconut) (It also makes sense to substitute for sour cream,
mayo, and omit or cut down on any of the other ingredients according to
