Tuna-Waldorf Salad Mold
Title: Tuna-Waldorf Salad Mold Categories: Starkist(, R) Yield: 1 Servings 1 pk (6 ounces) lemon-flavored -gelatin 2 1/2 c Boiling water 1 c Apple juice 1 cn (6-1/2 ounces) starkist® -tuna; drained and flaked 1 c Finely chopped unpeeled -apple 1/3 c Chopped pecans or walnuts 1/3 c Finely chopped celery 1/3 c Reduced-calorie mayonnaise -or salad dressing 3 tb Low-fat milk In a large, shallow bowl dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stir in apple juice until blended. Cover; chill mixture about 30 minutes, or until the consistency of unbeaten egg whites. Fold in tuna, apple, pecans and celery. Spray a 4- or 5-cup mold (or 5 individual 1-cup molds) with aerosol shortening; pour in mixture. Cover; chill several hours until set.
