Turkey Asparagus Melt
Title: Turkey Asparagus Melt Categories: Turkey, Pitas & san Yield: 6 Servings 1/4 c Mayonnaise or salad dressing 2 tb Dijon mustard 1/2 ts Dried sage leaves; crushed 3 Sourdough hoagie buns or -hoagie buns; split -lengthwise (about 6-inch -length) 3/4 lb Sliced cooked turkey 1 cn (15 oz) green giant extra -long tender green asparagus -spears; drained 1/2 c Red onion rings 1 1/2 c Shredded colby cheese; -monterey jack blend cheese -or cheddar cheese In small bowl, combine mayonnaise, mustard and sage; mix well. Spread 1 to 2 tablespoons mixture on each bun half. Top each with one-sixth of turkey, asparagus spears, onion rings and cheese. Place sandwiches on broiler pan.
