Title: Turkey Chow Mein Casserole Categories: Bisquick® Yield: 5 Servings 1 cn Condensed chicken broth; (10 -3/4 oz.) 1/2 c Bisquick baking mix 2 c Cut-up cooked turkey 1/3 c Blanched whole almonds 1 cn Chow mein vegetables; -drained (16 oz.) 1 cn Mushroom stems and pieces; -drained (4 oz.) 1 Jar sliced pimientos; -drained (2 oz.) 1 c Chow mein noodles Heat oven to 375 degrees. Gradually stir broth into baking mix in ungreased 1 1/2 quart casserole. (Mixture will be slightly lumpy.) Stir in remaining ingredients except chow mein noodles. Bake uncovered until thick and bubbly, about 40 minutes. Sprinkle with chow mein noodles; bake uncovered 5 minutes longer. Let stand uncovered 5 minutes before serving. Makes 5 or 6 servings.
