Title: Turkey Crunch Casserole

Yield: 6 Servings

3 c Chopped turkey; diced
2 Hard-boiled eggs; chopped
1 cn Mushroom pieces
3/4 c Celery; diced
1/2 c Almonds; blanched, slivered
1 tb Onion; chopped
1 cn Cream of chicken soup;
-condensed
3/4 c Mayonnaise
Chow mein noodles or potato
-chips

Mix together first 6 incredients. Stir soup into mayonaise. toss with
turkey mixture. Turn into 2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with noodles. Bake in
350° oven 30 min or until mixture is bubbly
