Title: Turkey Framboise

1 lb Cooked turkey; shredded
3 tb Fresh basil; chopped
1/4 c Parmesan cheese
3 tb Lemon juice
1/2 c Olive oil
3 c Long grain rice; cooked
1 c Wild rice; cooked
1 Green bell pepper; chopped
1 Red bell pepper; chopped
1/2 c Red onion; chopped
3/4 c Black olive; sliced
Salt and pepper

In blender, combine basil, Parmesan and lemon juice. With motor running,
slowly add olive oil to make a creamy dressing. Combine remaining
ingredients in a bowl. Add dressing and toss gently with a fork to blend.
