Title: Turkey Fruit Salad

1/2 c Mayonnaise
2 tb Honey
1/8 ts Ground ginger
2 c Cubed cooked turkey
11 oz Mandarin oranges; drained
1 c Unpeeled apple; chopped
1 c Grape halves
8 1/4 oz Pineapple chunks; drained
1/2 c Pecan halves; toasted

Recipe by: TASTE OF HOME - FEB/MARCH 1996 In a large bowl, combine
mayonnaise, honey and ginger. Stir in turkey, oranges, apple, grapes and
pineapple. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Sprinkle with pecans just before
serving.
