Title: Turkey Pasta Supreme Categories: Poultry Yield: 4 Servings 3/4 lb Uncooked turkey breast 2 Cl Garlic; minced 2 tb Butter or margarine 1 1/4 c Whipping cream 2 tb Fresh basil or 2 tsp dried - 1/4 c Grated parmesan cheese ds Pepper 3 c Hot cooked pasta; 3-4 cups Recipe by: TASTE OF HOME DEC/JAN 1996 Cut turkey into 2x1/4" pieces. In a skillet, saute turkey and garlic in butter until turkey is browned and no longer pink, about 6 min. Add cream, basil, Parmesan and pepper; bring to a boil.
