Turkey Patties in Wine Sauce
Title: Turkey Patties in Wine Sauce Categories: Polkadot, Lisa, Poultry, Low-fat/cal, Diabetic Yield: 2 Servings 1/4 c Chopped onion 1 ts Margarine 1/2 lb Ground turkey 1/2 Egg 1/4 c Bread crumbs 1/4 ts Salt 1/2 ts Italian herb blend 1/4 c Dry red wine 1/8 ts Pepper Saute the chopped onion in margarine in a large frying pan. Combine sauteed onion with turkey, egg, salt, and herbs. Shape turkey mixture into 2 patties. Broil 3-5 minutes on each side until cooked through. While patties are cooking, add wine, and pepper to frying pan.
