Combine all ingredients except turkey. Cover and simmer 10 minutes, stirring frequently, until vegetables are tender-crisp. Stir in cubed turkey, Cook and stir uncovered until nearly all the liquid is evaporated and the turkey cubes are white (about 3 to 4 minutes). Calories 120 per serving.
