Title: Turkey Taco Salad

Yield: 4 Servings

1 lb Lean ground turkey
1 cn (4.5 oz.) mild green
-chilies, drained
1/2 pk (4.5 oz.) taco seasoning mix
1/4 c Water
2 c Shredded lettuce
2 Tomatoes; chopped
1/2 c Shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 Bag (8 oz.) baked tortilla
-chips

Saute turkey in large nonstick skillet over high heat until browned, about
5 minutes, stirring with fork to break up clumps. Drain any fat from
skillet. Stir in chilies, seasoning mix and water; cook over high heat
until liquid is evaporated.

To serve: Divide meat mixture among plates. Top with lettuce, tomatoes and
cheese. Serve with chips.
