Turkey-Apple-Cheese Sandwiches
Title: Turkey-Apple-Cheese Sandwiches Categories: Sandwiches Yield: 4 Servings 1/3 c Vanilla low-fat yogurt 1/4 c Mango chutney 8 7-grain sandwich bread -slices 1/2 lb Thinly sliced smoked turkey 1 1/2 Fuji or Gala apples (sliced -into 24 pieces) 1/4 lb Thinly sliced muenster -cheese Vegetable cooking spray Combine yogurt and chutney, and stir well. Spread 2 tablespoons yogurt mixture over each of 4 bread slices; top each with turkey, apple, cheese, and a bread slice. Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray; place over medium heat until hot. Add sandwiches; cook 3 minutes on each side or until golden. Yield: 4 servings.
