Title: Turkey-Black Bean Chili

2 tb Olive Oil
1 lb Ground Turkey
1 c Chopped Onion
2 Cloves Garlic -- minced
1 1/2 tb Chili Powder
1 ts Cumin
1 ts Oregano
1/4 ts Salt
15 oz Can Black Beans -- rinsed
-& drained
1/2 c Beef Broth
1 c Picante Sauce
1 tb Cornstarch

Heat oil in large pan. Add turkey, onions, and garlic; cook and stir 3
minutes. Add chili powder, cumin, oregano and salt; cook and stir until
turkey is cooked through and onion is tender. Stir in beans and broth.
Combine picante sauce and cornstarch; add to pan. Bring to a boil; reduce
heat. Simmer uncovered 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Makes about 4 1/2 cups chili.
