3 c Rice; cooked, cold
1 15 oz can pinto beans;
-rinsed, drained
1 15 oz can black beans;
-canned, rinse, drain
1 10 oz packag green peas;
-frozen, thawed
1 Red onion; chopped
2 4 oz cans green chiles;
-chopped
1/4 c Cilantro
1 c Celery; thinly sliced

----------------------------------DRESSING----------------------------------
1/3 c White wine vinegar
1/4 c Olive oil
2 Tbl water
Salt and pepper

Do use this ratio for the dressing. Try seasoned vinegar too.
