Ultimate Leftover Bread Pudding
Title: Ultimate Leftover Bread Pudding Categories: None Yield: 1 Servings 1 1/4 lb (1 stick) unsalted butter, -melted 3 Eggs, beaten 2 c Sugar 1 c Raisins 1 c Shredded cocunut 1 c Chopped pecans 1 ts Cinnamon 1/2 ts Nutmeg 4 c Milk (3 c. if using fresh -bread) 6 c Stale bread (any kind), torn -into 1 inch cubes (up to 8) Grease a 9x13 inch pan. Set oven rack in lower third of oven. Preheat oven: 350 degrees. Mix all the ingredients, may be soupy. Pour into baking dish. Bake 1 hour 15 minutes until top is golden brown.
