2/3 c EDEN Olive Oil
1/3 c EDEN Ume Plum Vinegar
1 Garlic clove; peeled
1/2 Onion

Mix all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Store, tightly capped, in
refrigerator. Add more garlic if desired.
