Title: Unusual Banana Bread

1/2 c Shortening -- (Crisco)
1/2 c Sugar
2 Eggs
2 c Flour
1 ts Soda
1/8 ts Salt
3 md Bananas -- mashed
1/4 c Nuts
1/2 c Nuts
1/2 c Chopped maraschino cherries
1/4 c Chocolate chips

Cream together shorening and sugar. Add eggs and mix well. Sift dry
ingredients and add to creamed mixture. Stir in remaining ingredients.
Bake in greased loaf pan for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
