4 Eggs
2 1/2 c Sugar
6 c Milk
4 c Light cream
2 tb Vanilla
1/2 ts Salt

Beat eggs until light. Add sugar gradually, beating until mixture thickens.
Add remaining ingredients. Mix thoroughly & freeze in ice cream freezer.
Makes 1 gallon.
