1 lb Hamburg
1 lb Velveeta cheese, cut up
Soul seasoning
1 md Onion, chopped
1 0r 2 Jalepeno with seeds
Chopped

Cook meat, onions and pepper. Drain off fat. Melt cheese in crockpot and
add meat mixture, add soul seasonings to taste. Serve warm with nacho
chips or chilled like a pate with crackers.
