Title: Venison Burger Bites

Yield: 8 Servings

1 lb Ground venison
1/2 c Uncooked oatmeal
1/4 c Minced onion
1 ts Salt
1/2 ts Garlic salt
2 ts Prepared mustard
1/2 ts Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c Catsup

Combine ingredients; shape mixture into small balls, using a teaspoon of
meat mixture for each. Cook over medium heat in just enough hot fat to
cover bottom of a large frying pan. Turn frequently until brown on all
sides, 5 to 7 minutes.

Makes 5 dozen miniature meat balls. Good when served with barbecue or
cocktail sauce.
