Title: Vicki's Noodles and Mushrooms

1 lg Onion; diced
1 Green pepper; diced
1/2 c Oil
1/2 c Creamed corn
1 c Tomato soup
1 pk (5-oz) noodles; cooked as
-directed
1 cn (3-oz) olives; chopped
-(green or ripe; as desired)
1 cn (4-oz) mushrooms; drained
Grated cheese

Saute onion and pepper in oil until clear. Mix all ingredients, except
cheese, and pour into casserole. Chill. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 350
for 1 hour. Note: Browned ground beef may be added before baking.
