Title: Vidalia Onion Supper Bread

Yield: 4 Servings

1/2 c Chopped Vidalia Onions
2 tb Butter
1 pk Corn-muffin mix
1/2 c Dairy sour cream
1/2 c Shredded sharp process
American cheese

Cook onion in butter till tender not brown. Prepare mix according to pack-
age directions. Pour into greased 8x8x2 inch pan. Sprinkle with cooked
onion. Mix sour cream and cheese; spoon over top. Bake in hot oven (400
degrees) 25 minutes or till done. Let cool; cut in 9 squares.
