2 tb Plain nonfat yogurt
2 tb Balsamic vinegar
4 tb Acceptable vegetable oil
1/4 ts Salt
1/8 ts Freshly ground black pepper

-------------------------DIJON VINAIGRETTE DRESSING-------------------------
1 tb Dijon mustard
1 ts Water

------------------------GARLIC VINAIGRETTE DRESSING------------------------
1/4 ts Garlic powder
1/2 ts Salt-free lemon-pepper
-seasoning
2 tb Chopped fresh parsley
GREEN ONION VINAIGRETTE
-DRESSING:
2 tb Finely chopped green onion
ITALIAN HERB VINAIGRETTE
-DRESSING:
1 tb Basil
1/2 tb Rosemary
1 tb Thyme

Makes 1/2 cup. Serves 8; 1 tablespoon per serving. Combine all ingredients
in a small bowl and whisk until thoroughly blended. Cover and refrigerate.
For each variation below, add the listed ingredients to the above recipe.
(Omit pepper in basic recipe.) Each of the following fresh herbs, finely
chopped:
