1/2 c Balsamic vinegar
2 tb Lemon juice
2 ts Honey
1 tb Dijon mustard
2 tb Oil
1 Clove garlic
1 c Water
Salt & pepper to taste

In a covered jar combine all ingredients and shake well. Refrigerate until
needed. Serve on mixed salad greens.
