Title: Voodoo Jerk Chicken

2 3/4 lb Split broiler chickens
2 tb *Uncle Billys VooDoo Jerk
Slather Sauce
2 tb Molasses or maple syrup

Slather Chicken, marinate at least one hour. Bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours or
cook on BBQ

*The sauce contains: Peppers, onion, garlic oil, honey, molasses, cider
