Title: Warm Pineapple Topping for Ice Cream (Quick) Categories: Desserts, Seattle tim Yield: 6 Servings 1 sm Pineapple 3 tb Brown sugar 1 tb Lime juice 1 pt Vanilla ice cream 1. Cut the top and bottom off the pineapple. Slice away the skin and cut into quarters. Remove the core. Cut the pineapple quarters into 1/2-inch slices. 2. Place a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. When hot, add the pineapple, brown sugar and lime juice. Cook a few minutes until the pineapple is warm and the juices are lightly caramelized. 3.
