Title: Watercress Finger Sandwiches Categories: Sandwich Yield: 4 Servings 4 sl White bread 1 Bunch watercress 2 tb Mayonnaise Salt & pepper Trim crust off bread, then butter each slice. Wash watercress, then chop very fine. Add mayonnaise and seasoning to watercress; mix thoroughly. Spread watercress mixture on two slices of the bread, and top with remaining slices.
