-melon seeded without rind
1/2 c Mixed peppers Habenaro,
-Pablano, and red bell
-pepper
2 tb Cilantro
1 ts Finely minced garlic
2 Limes , Juice of
Salt and pepper to taste

Every Sat. we have chefs from our better eating establishments cook on our
local channel here are two that looked especially good. Raz's restaurant is
an upscale establishment in Scottsdale arizona.

May be served with fish, chicken or pork I am not a watermelon lover, but
this looks interesting because of the combination of flavors. I would love
feed back, from anyone who trys it.
