Title: Watkins, Pasta with Zucchini and Fresh Tomatoes Categories: Main, Dish Yield: 6 Servings 4 sm Zucchini -- halved then Sliced (about 3 cups) 2 tb Fresh lemon juice 2 ts WATKINS Garlic Liquid Spice 2 c Thinly sliced onions 3 lg Tomatoes -- coarsely Chopped 1 tb White wine vinegar 1 ts WATKINS Basil Liquid Spice 1 1/2 ts WATKINS Parsley 1/2 ts Salt 1/4 ts WATKINS red pepper flakes 6 c Hot cooked ziti pasta (about 12 ounces dry) WATKINS garlic and chives Seasoning -- as desired In small bowl, combine zucchini and lemon juice;toss well. In a large skillet, with a cover, heat Garlic Liquid Spice over medium heat. Stir in zucchini and onion;saute' 3 to 4 minutes. Add tomatoes, and next 5 ingredients;bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 5 to 7 minutes. Toss with hot pasta. Sprinkle with Garlic and Chives Seasoning.
