Title: Weight Watcher Macaroni and Cheese

4 1/2 oz Elbow macaroni
1 tb Margarine
1 ts Margarine
6 oz American cheese; cut into
-1/2" cubes
1/4 ts Freshly ground black pepper
1 c Skim milk

1. Preheat oven to 450. Spray a 4-cup baking dish with nonstick cooking
spray; set aside.

2. In large pot of rapidly boiling water, cook macaroni 8-10 minutes, until
tender; drain.

3. Return macaroni to same pot and combine with remaining ingredients.
Spoon mixture into prepared dish; bake 15-18 minutes, until golden and
bubbly. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Each serving provides 1/4 milk;
1 fat; 2 proteins; 1 1/2 breads.
