Title: West Indian Shrimp

Yield: 6 Servings

1 1/2 lb Shrimp, cooked -- drained
And peeled
2 tb Olive oil
1 tb Angostura bitters
1 ts Dried chervil
1/2 ts Marjoram
1/2 ts Thyme
1/2 ts Cumin seed
1/4 ts Saffron
1/2 c Grated Parmesan cheese

In an oven-safe skillet, heat olive oil until it smokes. Quickly saute
shrimp. Stir in bitters and herbs. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and broil
until lightly browned.
