Title: Wheaten Milk Biscuits

1/2 c Wheat germ
1/2 c Powdered milk
1 c All-purpose flour
1 c Whole-wheat flour
6 tb Butter-flavored shortening
1 Egg
1 ts Brown sugar
1/2 c Water

Preheat oven to 325øF. Combine dry ingredients. Cut in shortening until
crumbly. Beat egg and combine with brown sugar. Add to flour mixture.
Gradually add water until a stiff dough is formed. Knead until smooth and
pliable. Roll dough to 1/2 inch thickness and cut into the classic bone
shape. Bake for 30 minutes. Store in refrigerator. Typed in MMFormat by
