White Bean Dip


Title: White Bean Dip

Yield: 1 Servings

1 cn (15 oz) white kidney beans
1 tb Fresh lemon juice
1 Clove garlic; chopped
1 ts Olive oil
1/2 ts Cumin
1/4 ts Oregano
1 ds Hot pepper

Puree in processor until smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Let stand at
room temperature for 30 min. before serving. Sprinkle with cayenne pepper*
(optional)

Note- I served this with toasted pita triangles. Also, tend not to follow
recipes to a T. Taste and adjust seasonings to your palate.

40 calories per 2 T., 1 gm. fat, 0 cholesterol.
