White Bean Dip
Title: White Bean Dip Categories: None Yield: 1 Servings 1 cn (15 oz) white kidney beans 1 tb Fresh lemon juice 1 Clove garlic; chopped 1 ts Olive oil 1/2 ts Cumin 1/4 ts Oregano 1 ds Hot pepper Puree in processor until smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Let stand at room temperature for 30 min. before serving. Sprinkle with cayenne pepper* (optional) Note- I served this with toasted pita triangles.
