1 c Veggie soup broth
4 -(up to)
6 Cloves garlic; slivered
1 Handful parsley
Salt and pepper to taste

Saute slivered garlic in broth and then add parsley. Add drained beans
with broth, simmer for 20 minutes or so. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mash
the beans while in the pot and serve with a salad and yummy bread.
