Title: White Chip Chocolate Cookies

2 1/4 c Unbleached flour
1/2 c Granulated sugar
1/2 c Brown sugar, packed
3/4 ts Baking soda
1/4 ts Salt
1/2 c Margarine, softened
1 Egg white, whipped
2 c White chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugars, baking
soda, and salt. In another mixing bowl, combine margarine, egg white,
and chocolate chips. Drop by rounded tablespoons onto unprepared
baking sheet. Bake for 12 minutes or until edges are light brown.
