3 Cloves garlic, crushed or
-minced (up to 4)
1/4 c Butter
1/8 c Olive oil
2 cn Snows chopped clams,
-undrained
1/4 c White wine
Pepper to taste
1 tb Chopped parsley (up to 2)
Salt to taste

Cook garlic in butter and olive oil until limp. Add clams, wine, parsley,
and pepper, and simmer until slightly thickened. Add salt if necessary to
taste.
