White Clam Sauce for Pasta
Title: White Clam Sauce for Pasta Categories: None Yield: 1 Servings 3 Cloves garlic, crushed or -minced (up to 4) 1/4 c Butter 1/8 c Olive oil 2 cn Snows chopped clams, -undrained 1/4 c White wine Pepper to taste 1 tb Chopped parsley (up to 2) Salt to taste Cook garlic in butter and olive oil until limp.
